Privacy notice
This notice covers the Ordanta website at ordanta.com.au. Use of the Ordanta application itself is governed by the agreement between Ordanta and your organisation.

Who we are
Ordanta is a product of Management Aspects Pty Ltd, the Australian company that builds and operates it. “We” and “us” in this notice mean Management Aspects Pty Ltd. Reach us through the contact form.
What we collect
When you submit the demo request form we collect the details you enter: your name, company, work email address and, if you provide them, your phone number, team size and message. We also record the date and time of the submission and the network address it came from, which we use to prevent abuse of the form.
The website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics scripts. Standard server logs record requests to the site, including network address, browser type and pages requested, and are kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it

- To keep a record of our correspondence with you
- To protect the website and our systems from misuse
We do not sell personal information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without asking you first.
Who we share it with
Enquiries are delivered to us by email through the service providers we use to host the website and send mail. Those providers process the information on our behalf and under our instructions. We do not otherwise disclose your details unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and then for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Access and correction
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you from this website, or ask us to correct or delete it, by using the contact form. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
The Ordanta application
The Ordanta application is used by organisations that have subscribed to Ordanta. Information entered into the application belongs to that organisation and is handled under our agreement with them. If you are an employee of a customer, please contact your organisation’s administrator about how your details are used within Ordanta.

If we change this notice we will update the date at the top of this page.
